This is moment passengers witnessed water rushing into their bus following heavy rains in Hanoi.

Footage filmed on May 12 from the Vietnamese capital shows water lapping around the floor in the bus, eventually reaching a depth of about 1 metre (3.5 feet).

Eventually, the water level subsided.

The city experienced widespread flooding after rain fell at a rate of 174mm per hour over the weekend.

According to the passenger, A prolonged heavy rain caused the city to be flooded, water rises and flooded the bus. The driver tried to drive the bus out of the floodplain. Water is spilling into the bus's head, outside of the other cars are damaged due to floodwaters. The estimated water level is nearly 3.2 feet (1 meter). There are 10 passengers on the bus. Everyone was anxious to see water flooding into the bus. After about 20 minutes. The driver has driven the bus to higher road and lower water levels.
