Driver eating his breakfast while driving close passes cyclist ends up with points and a fine
While cycling the driver of this car passed me too closely. Upon catching the driver up I noticed he was eating his breakfast while driving.
This incident was reported to the Met Police. It resulted in the driver recieving the following from Bromley Magistrates Court:
3 Penalty Points
£134 Fine
£130 Court Costs
