Driver crashes into parked car in close call with van

This is the heart-stopping moment a car driver smashes into a parked car following a close call with a van.
The dash-cam footage, filmed from the inside of the crashing vehicle, shows a van driving on a road and suddenly changing lane.
In an attempt to avoid crashing with the van, the man in the car drives off - ploughing into a parked car on the side of the road.
The driver writes: ‘’I was driving to a friend when the van sorted out on the left side to turn left.
‘’I passed it and he came back to my side and rammed into me.
‘’I had no time to react and crashed on a parked car.’’
The clip has recently emerged online and was filmed in Belgium in January 2017.
