烂尾9年爆破仅15秒!烟台4栋海景房昨天被夷为平地
在任何地方，超级无敌海景房都是大家羡慕的住所。（5月26日）上午8点，在山东烟台，4栋海景房被集中爆破。仅仅15秒，这些高楼被夷为平地，霎时间，地动山摇，烟尘四起。
被爆破拆除的项目原名叫“维亚湾”，坐落在烟台市经济开发区海滨路北，由四座28-30层的高层建筑组成。二手房交易平台上显示，“维亚湾”附近的房价在9000元～11000元/之间。
地块再次易手，将建五星级酒店
烟台市国土资源网上交易系统显示，今年4月11日，烟台新鸿宇酒店管理有限公司成功报价“5003号海滨路以北地块”，该地块前身正是烂尾项目维亚湾。
昨晚，当地政府相关人士透露，所拆的维亚湾，在2017年被依法收储，将在建工程一并出让，总价17475万元，烟台新鸿宇酒店管理有限公司成功报价，此地将打造威斯汀五星酒店及会展中心。5月26日上午，根据建设需要，经烟台市、开发区区两级主管部门审核验收，新鸿宇酒店管理有限公司当天上午对已竞得的4栋地上建筑物进行了爆破拆除。
此外，今年4月2日，烟台开发区发布了《威斯汀酒店及会展中心总平面及单体方案》，方案还公布了威斯汀酒店及会展中心平面图。
