This man may be sleeping with one eye open after his failed trick-shot rocketed right into his pregnant wife's face.

Anthony Dele was waiting for friends with his wife Victoria when he decided to get a football out of the boot of his car.

He bet against Victoria, who is five months pregnant, that he could launch the ball through the car's passenger window.

Anthony says: "She doubted my technical ability and was persistent that I could not make the next shot.

"I urged her to record the next attempt as I was adamant that I would make the shot third time around."

Video shows the exact moment this happens, knocking the phone out of Victoria's hand.

Although he was trying to contain his laughter, Victoria chased Anthony down.

But he says: "She wasn't hurt and when she eventually caught me, after punching me in my arm several times we laughed really hard about it."

The video was captured on May 28.

On the Bank Holiday Monday, my wife (Victoria Dele) and I (Anthony Dele) were waiting for friends to arrive so we could go bowling.

To pass the time I decided to entertain myself with a football I keep in the back of the boot, whilst performing tricks I challenged my wife by saying I bet I can strike the ball through the open driver side window.

After seeing me fail on the first two attempts, she doubted my technical ability and was persistent that I could not make the next shot. I urged her to record the next attempt as I was adamant that I would make the shot third time around.

Victoria started to record and at the same time taunt me by screaming, "you can't do it", I then struck the ball it went through the window and smacked her straight in the face. Whilst I held my laughter, Victoria's temper climaxed (she was extremely angry) and the video shows her exit the car and start to chase me down.

She wasn't hurt and when she eventually caught me, after punching me in my arm several times we laughed really hard about it. (Oh yea did I mention she's five months pregnant) LOL.
