Homeless Scot versus American preacher
I was walking home from work when I saw this debate unfolding. It ended with the police arriving, initially they spoke only with the homeless man. The crowd shouted at the preacher to get down but refused, shouting louder and seemingly intoxicated by the idea of continuing his sermon in the face of all adversity. When the police ordered him, too, to get off his stone pillar and led him to their van for a quiet word, his face changed completely. He looked mortified.
