Les Hemstock, 50, mixed together famous pop songs for Jive Bunny and the Mastermixers - but claims he was then ripped off himself.
DJ and producer Les created the music for "Swing the Mood", ''That's What I Like'' and ''Let's Party'' - which were massive number one hits all over the world.
At the time Jive Bunny were only the third British artist in history to have its first three tunes hit number one.
