A stunned home-owner found herself in court after her neighbour complained that the decking in her garden was TOO HIGH.

Winefrede Duffy, 59, paid £2,500 to have 10m sq decking area installed in her back garden after consulting with neighbours about her plans.

The finished, raised wooden area was around 70cms - two feet three inches - off the ground when erected in the garden of her £200,000 semi-detached home.
