Blue ring octopus are one of the most venomous creatures on the planet. A single blue ring octopus has enough tetrodoxin venom to kill 26 adults. They are found in in the Pacific and Indian Oceans and typically feed on small shrimp, crabs, and fish The reason for why it shakes it's tentacles is not known for sure, it could be a hunting technique or just trying to warn off a nosy camera person. This video was taken diving in Anilao,Philippines in April 2018.
