A Chinese sports fishing master named Li Damao catches a 75kg black carp.

In the video, captured in Xinyang City in central China's Henan Province on June 2, Li attempts to pull the giant fish out, but is himself dragged into the water six times.

After an hour, he finally manages to catch the carp. Three men including Li hold the fish together to take photos in the water.

Finally, Li decided to release the fish. As he stands in the water with the fish in his hands, he talks to it. "Tell me, do you wanna go back? Do you? Ok I got it. Ok, go go," he says.

After the black carp swims away, onlookers on the bank clap.
