This male and female Spider Dung Beetle (Sisyphus species) are rolling their ball of fresh dung to bury it and lay a single egg on it in the southern part of Kruger Park South Africa. The female beetle is perched on top of the dung ball while the male tries valiantly to roll it up a steep sandy slope.
