A young boy gets more than he bargains for when he helps a tractor driver.
The boy can be seen rescuing what appear to be tractor parts from a river which fell from a tractor moments before, then hands them to the driver. As the boy turns away he slips on the slimy cobbles beneath the surface of the river. The tractor was part of a convoy of 100's more which set off from Newby Hall & is part of an annual tradition where they travel along the main roads for a few mile and head to Ripon Market Square. The route crosses the River Skell on Priest Lane near the Town Centre and is a popular section with tourists & locals for the event. The tractors meet briefly for around an hour before making their way back to Newby Hall.
