According to filmer, there is no visible toll officer or police who chase motorcycles and crack down on this illegal act. In addition to illegal, motorcycles entering and passing on toll roads like this also endanger themselves and other cars.

Prohibition of motorcycles entering and passing through toll roads is regulated in traffic law and transportation Article 287 paragraph 1 with a sanction of imprisonment of 2 years 2 months or maximum fine of Rp 500,000 or about 27 pounds.
