（14号）晚上，俄罗斯世界杯揭幕战开打，由于来不及赶回家看比赛，一位铁杆球迷在高速应急车道上竟然停车看起了直播，不应该呀。
晚上11点50分左右，巡逻民警在沪昆高速南昌县境内发现一辆白色轿车停在应急车道上，透过车窗他们发现，一名男子正在盯着手机。
