The Great Migration at Masai Mara - Live capture of crocodile hunting wildebeest

The video was shot at Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya during 06 to 16 August 2016. Every year during the months of April to September millions of wildebeasts (Gnus), zebras and other animals migrate from the neighbouring Serengeti Game Reserve in Tanzania to Masai Mara in Kenya and back. The journey is long and perilous. Many of them die en-route - some due to fatigue, some due to hunger and many fall prey to the waiting predators.

The migration is such a spectacular phenomenon that it has been considered as one of the natural wonders of the world.

We have been able to capture all the big five in addition to many other animals in their natural habitat.

The highlight of the video is the capture of live hunting of a wildebeast calf by a crocodile while crossing the Mara river.
