Floodwaters raged through the streets of Mandra, west of Athens, on June 26 as a heavy rainstorm ravaged the area and forced evacuations.

Authorities responded to over 150 emergency calls in the Greek town, where deadly floods in November 2017 left at least 23 dead.

This video shows a dumpster bin and what appears to be a table being carried away by the fast-moving muddy floodwaters, with numerous other objects floating on the street that had been transformed into a raging river.

Neighboring prefectures were also hit by torrential rain and flash floods.

One common ''summer rain'' led our destroyed city into a sea of mud once again..the people of Mandra build from the start all their homes and bussinesses with the hope that they will never face the darkness ever again.they were wrong.
With a single common rain the nightmare had begun.
