Colorful butterfly joins holiday makers for a drink
Two families were spending the recent winter holiday break at the Swadini Resort in South Africa. The two men featured in the video is named Eddie and Wynand. While relaxing at the pool area enjoying some beverages, a beautiful butterfly suddenly lands on Eddie’s hand out of nowhere. This was a rather odd experience happening in and amongst the noise of the music and holiday makers. Butterflies are normally very shy of humans and getting close to them or even attempting to catch one is extremely difficult. The butterfly was black with colourful yellow and white markings on the wings. This unusual behaviour gave Eddie the opportunity to explain a bit more about butterflies. In one of the local languages called Afrikaans, Eddie explained about the anatomy of a butterfly and how they go about drinking. Wynand decided it was a great opportunity to put the butterflies drinking skills to the test and gives the butterfly a sip of his holiday beverage. The butterfly stared at the glass, had a little taste and decided to move off in search of much sweeter beverages.
