Road in Hiroshima 'caves in' after heavy rain
Dozens of people remain missing in southwest Japan after heavy rains.
Eyewitness video from Hiroshima City's Aki Ward filmed at the weekend shows a collapsed road.
Neither the fire department nor local utility firm Chugoku Electric Power Co. could pass through the area, according to the filmer.
