French fans jump and cheer in excitement inside departing Metro train
Jubilant fans cheered inside train carriages in Paris after their team beat Belgium 1-0, sending them through to the World Cup final.
This video, shared to Twitter the night of the victory, shows fans jumping and chanting "Allez les Blues!" inside the train, which is departing from the station. The jumping appears to rock the train slightly, and their singing can be heard audibly on the platform.
Samuel Umtiti's decisive goal in the 52nd minute led Les Bleus to victory, cementing their place in the World Cup final. This will be the third time France has made it to the final, with the first being the 1998 tournament, during which they won, and the second being 2006 when they lost to Italy.
France will play against either England or Croatia on July 15.
