Driver tries to change lanes and causes a scary crash
The crash happened on July 5, 2018 on No.3, National Highway, Taiwan, at approximately 10am in the morning.
The motorist who recorded the footage said: ''This driver really needs to check their license and have a test again.
''They should not be on the road. They didn't need to change lanes and they risked hurting a lot of other people with this reckless driving.''
