This work is done by bare hands. stone grinders do have to be held by hand. in order to smooth the entire weight of the body used to move this stone.
hands in direct contact with the spicy chilli. If an ordinary person who does this his hand feels stinging hot. shoulder will hurt.
this worker takes a week to adapt to this hot chilli sting. chillies are ground in this way feels more delicious than the chili is ground by the machine.
