Man takes dog for a walk down hard shoulder
This shocking footage taken by a motorway cop shows the moment a smiling man took a dog for a walk - down the HARD SHOULDER. The video, shared by traffic officer PC Martin Willis, shows a man crossing over the barrier and taking his dog for a walk down the motorway, against the direction of oncoming traffic. Motorway cop PC Willis, who took the footage along the M62 near Huddersfield, West Yorks., said: "It is illegal and dangerous for pedestrians to venture onto the motorway and it is really not the place to take your dog for a walk. "No arrests [were made] on this occasion. "Just strong words of advice and both owner and dog removed from the motorway.
