Firemen rescue woman trapped in flooded road
7月16日4时58分，北京市怀柔区汤河口中队接到119指挥中心命令，报警人称在琉璃庙镇双安堡发生群众遇险事件，有人员被困。汤河口中队出动警力14人，一辆抢险车，一辆水罐车，赶往现场，40余分钟后，被困人员获救。
汤河口中队经了解后得知，被困人员为女性，系因暴雨天气河水上涨，出现山洪，导致被困人员车辆熄火。起初被困人员想自行上岸，但由于水流湍急，致使被困人员无法行走，只有紧抱大树等待救援。至当日5时35分，中队到场，立即携带好救援装备赶往现场，中队组织会游泳的官兵穿上救生衣，并系好安全绳，进入水中进行救援。
在湍急的水中，消防官兵艰难抵达被困人员位置，并帮助被困人员系好安全绳。在其他消防官兵的配合下，6时14分，中队将被困人员救出，被困人员生命体征正常。
