159 tonne aircraft does amazing slow pass at just 96kts
An Airbus A350-1000 (OEW 159 tonnes) does an amazingly slow flypast at Farnborough International 2018. Its recorded groundspeed was just 96kts (110mph) which is around 40kts slower than a typical landing speed of a holiday jet.
This made possible due to the advanced fly by wire system utilised by Airbus.
