DRUNK LADY ARRESTED after DRIVING ON SIDEWALK! Long Beach, California
Returning home from an evening with friends, I spotted a distressed man attempting to evade a car that was driving on the sidewalk. I decided to capture video of the situation after learning that another bystander had called the Police. She was focused on her rant and the fact that we were "making a movie" which distracted her long enough to prevent her from endangering any further lives.
This video includes the prolonged rant and subsequent arrest of the woman on suspicion of DUI.
