Rainstorms continued to batter Central Pennsylvania on July 25, causing more incidents of flooding as weather warnings remained.

This video, taken in Hershey, shows Route 39 near Hershey Park Drive waterlogged. Swatara Creeka main tributary of the Susquehanna River that runs through part of the Pennsylvania state, had spilled its banks, causing floods along many major roads.

Flash flooding in Hershey caused evacuations and forced the shut down of Hersheypark, a popular attraction, as heavy rainsed caused a creek in the park to rise.

Parts of New York, Maryland and DC also experienced extreme weather as the storm passed through the coast.
