16-year-old Jack has been colour blind all his life.

As a surprise, he was given a pair of Enchroma sunglasses, which allows visually impaired wearers to see colour. This video captures his look of disbelief when he put them on – this video captures his reaction.

This video captures the moment he tried on a pair of Enchroma sunglasses, which allows visually impaired wearers to see colour. As he puts them on, a look of disbelief washes over him.

"This is weird!" He repeated as he looked down at his colourful t-shirt and scanned the scenes of Greenwich Park, London.

His mother told Newsflare that the glasses were bought for him after he completed his GCSE school examinations.

"He was amazed by the colour of his own skin! Now he won't be parted with his glasses - they go everywhere with him," she said. "It was very emotional for his whole family."
