This is the stomach-churning moment a massive zit on a man's face is popped.

Footage filmed on July 23 in Bac Lieu, Vietnam, shows the moment the spot is punctured causing pus to squirt, gush and leak out.

It took a reported three months to remove the acne from the patient's face, the doctor added.
