A woman in Vietnam has lived her whole life with a massive tumour on her face that has left doctors amazed.

Footage filmed at a clinic in Ho Chi Minh city shows the scaly and horned growth sitting on the face of the unnamed 87-year-old.

Dr Le Van Nam says he has never before encountered such a severe deformation.

He removed the growth and performed nasal reconstruction surgery on the elderly patient.

The footage was captured on May 14.

According to the doctor, This is the first time he has encountered such a case. Tests show that the woman has a strange tumor on the nose. Due to the long time the tumor develops and have horns and scales. Doctors will perform the surgery and remove the tumor. Doctors will perform nasal reconstruction surgery for patients after removal of the tumor.
