Heavy summer rain in Bulgaria has prompted one resident in the Black Sea city of Varna to take to the streets in a rubber dinghy rather than his usual car.

Varna has "huge issues with the sewer system and almost every big rain causes enormous jams, floods subways," according to the filmer.

"He is (not so subtly) telling our politicians to fix the sewers," they speculated.

This has been one of Bulgaria`s most outrageous summers - raining almost daily. On top of that one of Bulgaria`s best cities, the sea capital "Varna" situated on the Black Sea has some huge issues with the sewer system and almost every big rain causes enormous jams, floods subways, underways shops etc.

So I saw a funny who obviously got sick of the situation and decided it is time to take out his boat on the city streets, you can see for yourself how happy he is and on top of having fun, he is ( not so subtly ) telling our politician to fix the sewers.
