Kelseyville Evacuation
Mandatory evacuation warnings for the community of Kelseyville due to the River Fire. This video was shot from Mountain Vista Middle School which was the original evacuation shelter for residents of Lakeport. We were in the middle of closing down the shelter and locking up the school when this video was taken. You can hear the law enforcement sirens in the background.
