A Simon-Cowell obsessed teenager with Down Syndrome has been practicing her singing routine for SEVEN MONTHS in the hope of being crowned a national pageant queen.

Shaylie Frost, 13, hopes she will hit the right note this weekend and become Miss Amazing America - a title which celebrates young women with special needs.

The teenager is an avid fan of NBC's America's Got Talent, but has a particular love for nasty British judge Simon Cowell, who her dad jokes she has a crush on.
