This is the horrifying moment a cobra regurgitated seven whole eggs after raiding a hen house in India.

The female reptile slithered into the chicken coop in Udupi District in southern India back in June, killing one of the birds and feasting on at least seven eggs.

This farmer called in a local snake catcher who captured the reptile and laid it on the ground where it promptly regurgitated the eggs.

According to the filmer, cobras will often regurgitate food in order to try to get away more quickly from a perceived danger, in this case the snake catcher.

The snake was later released back into the wild, according to the filmer.

The Female Cobra snake slithered into a Farmer house hen house in Udupi District southern part of India, before killing a chicken and gorging on eggs. The Hen was with seven egg incubator mode.

The farmer called Snake rescuer Gururaj Sanil for help. On Reaching the spot i noticed that the hen has been killed & egg was not their.& saw upside on wet grass the female cobra was lying would barely move her body. I Rescued the snake & was going to keep in the bag i Noticed that she wanted to vomit I Immediately put the snake on the ground.
Slowed down by its huge dinner, the reptile brought up seven of the eight eggs it swallowed to get away from a snake Rescuer

He said: "When a snake slithers on the ground it's difficult for it to get away with heavy food like eggs inside it. In this instance, the cobra wanted to escape from the public view & wanted to be in self defense mode, so it puked the eggs fast.

"We take care that the snake is safe while we try to catch it and we make sure that the snake is not Harmed & is released back into the wild. Before releasing the cobra I feded cobra with a rate & Realsed in forest Said Gururaj Sanil
