Doing slackline backflips above 500 mouse traps

Buy video

A group of friends set up a slackline more than six feet in the air, and lay 500 mousetraps under it.

One of their group, Ben, first tentatively walks along the slackline. He then removes his clothes, preparing to flip on the line.

After successfully completing a series of somersaults, Ben puts enough force on the slackline for it to start dipping lower and lower.

Eventually, one of the mousetraps nips his hand, and then another, before he collapses onto them and they all go off.

Some less experienced friends try the challenge, with one only having been on a slackline a few times before attempting the feat.
