This video, shared to Facebook by Carol Emery, shows a car submerged in floodwaters in a parking lot. This was filmed in King of Prussia.
Heavy rains wreaked havoc across Pennsylvania, closing down a busy interstate and flooding houses. Police reported numerous rescues of people trapped in cars due to the flood.
Authorities said the latest downpours followed weeks of a stalled weather pattern that is drawing moisture from the Atlantic Ocean, hitting some communities repeatedly.
