Norfolk Police vs. LYFT driver abuse of authority PART 1

Buy video

On Friday May 11th I received a request to pick up a person at waterside around 11pm. The lyft application pinpointed the customers location at the crosswalk in front of waterside so I figured the closest safe pick up point was at the end of the half circle in front of the building. I saw a gentleman standing in the spot that was pinpointed in the app so I tapped my horn and it was not him. So I immediately called the customer through the app he stated that he saw me and he was coming. As I ended the call another gentleman came up to the car and stated he was also with that party. So he got in and shortly after the other gentleman got in the car. As I was getting the car in gear he tells me he was waiting for one other person and proceeded to try and reach this person. As he gets on the phone an officer up on the walkway next to the building starts shining his flashlight in my car and yelling for me to "Move" I reply to his request and say I'm waiting for one more. He then yells at me again "Move now" I then ask where do you want me to move, he again yells "move". I ask where to I'm still waiting for one more. He then starts progressing to the vehicle and my passenger in the front seat gets out to speak to the officer. As they approach each other the officer states "I don't want to hear from you" and continues to the vehicle.
