A man was filmed attempting to steal a bicycle in broad daylight on a busy street in central Manchester in the UK on Wednesday.
The man's furious effort to unlock the bike on Brown Street was seen by both pedestrians and passengers on a passing bus.
The filmer said: "It was sad that you can now carry out a crime if you are bold enough, and society has become so numb to it that we just walk past it or like I did, film it."
