People had to use excavators to move others out of the flood. People must sit in the bucket of the excavator then the excavators move them to the other side. Flood waters continue to rise. Everybody tries to escape the flood. Floods have divided many areas and swept away many houses after the storm. It is estimated that 21 houses collapsed and many rice fields were flooded.
