An angry pensioner has been banned from driving after being filmed on CCTV shunting a car which was blocking access to his garage. Ronald Pemberton, 83, used his Peugeot to push a Ford Ka which had parked in front of his lock-up. The incident caused chaos as the Ka was shunted into the road outside a primary school. Two weeks later he was caught repeating the offence outside Cabot Primary School in St Paul's, Bristol, by pushing a silver Mazda into the road.
