Storm Frank Severe Flooding- Ballater,Scotland
This video was filmed in Ballater town, in the Scottish Highlands during winter 2015. The immense downpour of rain caused serious damage to the town as can be seen in the video. The rain also damaged the main road leading into Ballater so much so that it fell into the nearby river and the road was blocked.
