Buy video

Iridium satellites produce a bright flare ( sunlight reflecting ) and sometimes they are very bright, like this one that was at magnitude -8.3 , it was bright enough to illuminate the nearby cloud.
filmed in realtime at 25fps with a low-light capable camera and lens :
Sony a7s2 and Mitakon 35mm f/0.95
Iridium satellite flares are fun to observe. Soon they will be gone apparently as the entire fleet of iridium satellites is being replaced by newer satellites which do not produce those flares. Enjoy them as long as they last.
