This man who attacked me last year over a paddling pool and his hosepipe that was attached to my partners tape. He used the hosepipe to water the garden but he wanted to leave the water running all night. We stopped it as he didn't ask if he could use it. He took it upon himself to force his way into my partners bungalo smashing the front door into my lift foot, as my wheelchairs got pushed back and the rear wheel was stuck against the radiator. He was furious was screaming at me and he then eventually grabbed the arms of my chair and pushed me as hard as he could. My chair stopped once it hit the bathroom door smashing my right elbow him to the door. I called the police to advise of the assault. The day after the attack I had to go to A&E as I was in agony. 4 hours and XRays taken we left to go home. We stopped at the local pub for some food because I didn't want to go back in the garden as I was verbally abused by him. I should of had him charged with assault as his campaign of abuse and slander has continued ever since.
He's insulted me by calling me half a f*&king man which is directed at me being in a wheelchair.
