This is the moment a moped rider was sent head over handlebars after crashing into the back of the minivan. The rider was travelling behind the white vehicle which went to overtake the car in front before veering back into the lane in Isabela City, Philippines on August 23 at 9am. After briefly looking away, he appears to have lost concentration and not to have anticipated the minivan full of passengers pulling out in front of him. Dashcam footage from the car behind captured the accident. The driver said: ''The minivan driver is to blame for causing the accident. It is better to look at their driving than the motorcycle rider. ''It's very fortunate that I stopped the car in time. I was only an inch from hitting the motorcycle rider after they fell off.''
