Heavy rains flooded the streets in Gurgaon, India, on August 28.

In the video, a car can be seen driving through a flooded street.

The filmer then swings the camera to other side of the street to show commuters stranded in their cars in floodwaters.

India's Millennium City Gurgaon woke up to flooded roads on the morning of 28th August 2018. The lane on the RHS is totally submerged and the vehicles are stranded down there, flooded roads and traffic jams , throwing morning schedules off gear. School children and their parents who were stranded for hours in flooded, jam-packed roads in Gurgaon were forced to turn back home which also was not easy since everything had come to standstill by 10:30AM.
