Beautiful footage of the world’s last two airworthy Lancaster Bombers flying over Hathersage in the Peak District, UK on Sunday.

The two planes called ‘Vera’ and ‘Thumper’ were taking part in the Southport Air Show, in tribute to pilots killed in the Second World War.

The Lancasters are most famous for the Dambusters raids, which saw 19 Lancasters attack German dams with Sir Barnes Wallis’s ‘bouncing bombs’ in 1943.
