高速上他一脚刹车 钢管变“标枪”直戳前面小轿车
8月29日下午，长深高速上发生惊险一幕。杜某驾驶冀号牌的重型半挂牵引车，行驶至G25长深高速公路往杭州方向2380公里附近处时，遇到前方道路施工有拥堵缓行，于是一脚刹车想把速度减下来，未曾想到车上所载钢管却挣脱了“束缚”化成一阵“标枪雨”，一股脑飞出去全砸在前方同车道行驶由申屠某驾驶的浙H号牌小型轿车的车尾上。
小车的后挡风玻璃瞬间被戳出几个大洞来，惊的小车内的四名驾乘人员冷汗直流，而在钢管掉落过程中，冀号牌半挂车虽然已经刹车但仍在向前移动，导致杜某自已驾驶的半挂车前挡风玻璃也被戳出个大坑，位置正对着副驾驶座位的胡某，把他也吓得够呛，所幸当事人都是命大，躲过一劫。
事后赶来处理的陈警官根据半挂车驾驶员杜某在驾车载物行驶时未按规定固定好货物，导致货物掉落引发事故的情况，判定杜某承担事故的全部责任，并对杜某的违法行为进行了罚款和扣分处理。
