A filmer captured the moment his home collapsed due to heavy floods in Vietnam.

Footage captured on August 31 in Dien Bien province shows a large crack along the floor of Tuan Nguyen's home.

Heavy rains and flooding in the province have caused erosion on river banks, putting hundreds of homes in danger.

Popping and cracking sounds can be heard as the roof and floor slowly give way.

His family screams as the structure tumbles into the river below.

The region has suffered from heavy rains and flooding for the last couple of weeks.

According to Mr Tuan Nguyen, The flood waters rise due to heavy rains for a long time have caused river bank erosion.The foundation was cracked when the floods came.The house collapsed in just a few minutes. Everyone screams and runs away. The owner of the house cried when he saw his property washed away. Heavy rains continued on the area. Everyone was evacuated to a safe place.
Flood have washed away more than 100 homes and destroyed many other homes. Many roads and areas are isolated.
