Smart ass impatient driver ends up in a worse position
I drive this route regularly in my truck in Northampton UK and regularly get cars doing this manoeuvre as a way of getting past me, but this guy fails to get his timing right!
My truck is fully loaded but I'm going as fast as I can. I have a queue of approximately 20 cars behind me as it's the start of the morning rush hour.
This smart ass thinks he'll be clever and undertake me and pull a sneaky left/right manoeuvre at the traffic lights. But he miscalculated the lighting sequence and got stuck at the red light! Unfortunately for him he now has to join the back of the 20 car queue behind me.
I laughed and waved at him as I went past.
