One month on a North Sea oil platform in 2.5 minutes
A fascinating video has emerged of life onboard an oil platform in the North Sea.
The two and a half minute snapshot of life at sea shows dramatic waves as well as the work life and living quarters of the men on the oil platform 150 nautical miles northeast of Aberdeen, UK.
The footage was collected by a crew member over a one month period from August to September 2014 and is presented in a carefully edited two and a half minute snapshot.
