The Beast from the East mixed with Storm Emma caused widespread disruption across parts of the UK during late February and early March 2018. The Met Office issued a red weather warning, schools where closed and drivers found it almost impossible to get to work due to blocked roads.
Being the weather enthusiast I am, I was out and about with my camera, over the unseasonal weather, capturing the storm during all stages of its disruptive path. From combining this footage, I have produced an amateur home video reporting what it was like in my home town of Allendale, Northumberland.
